Theta Beta
Sigma was organized around the year 1932. The group of Sigmas that
applied for the charter were headed by Hon. Bro. Dr. Edward
P. Jimson and included:

Bro. Dr. Segre

Bro. Archie Arnold
Bro. Mead Grant
Bro. David Sigue

The advent of Theta Beta Sigma Chapter began a glorious adventure
of Sigma's principles in the New Orleans area, that has continued
without interruption to this day.
Hon. Bro. Dr. Edward P. Jimson
and his wife were also responsible for organizing the Alpha Gamma Zeta
Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. in the New Orleans.
